Why Bid Bridge? The Engineering Foundation Before Bid Bridge, my career was built in engineering and defense contracting, where precision is nonnegotiable and a 1% deviation can mean mission failure. As a Project Manager with an engineering background, I led teams through high-stakes RFPs, rigorous technical specifications, and complex compliance requirements. I also saw who was being left behind. Large firms leveraged vast proposal teams and sophisticated systems to win. Meanwhile, skilled independent contractors and construction firms-the people building our infrastructure-were buried in paperwork and losing out on transformative contracts simply for lack of “defense-grade” bid support.
